or use the Website or participate in the esports tournaments.

2. Team Registration and Consent

2.1 If you are registering a team for an esports tournament, you are responsible for obtaining

from
all team members before registering their respective team members.

2.2 By registering the team, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from all
team
members,
and they have agreed to sign up by providing their details.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 The Company will not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to you, unless such
damage or
loss is reasonably foreseeable to you and the Company when using the Website or participating in
the
esports
tournaments, and it results from the Company's breach of these Terms.

3.2 The Service may be temporarily suspended, without notice, due to system failure,
maintenance,
repair, or
reasons beyond the Company's reasonable control. The Company will not be liable for any
unavailability,
discontinuation, modification, or change in the Service, except as set out in these Terms.

(a) Any damage or loss caused to you if you are not entering into these Terms as a consumer.

lock-outs,
nuclear accidents, acts of God, war or terrorist activity, riot, civil commotion, malicious

storm, default of suppliers, or any other acts, events, omissions, or accidents beyond the

immediately

termination. The Company has no obligation to reimburse any in-Game currency or goods or items
lost
due
to
such termination, voluntary or involuntary. You are responsible for providing accurate and

information during registration, and the Company reserves the right to terminate your Account if
the
information provided is inaccurate or not up to date. You may have a limited cancellation right
under
applicable laws for any digital content you purchase.

shall survive any termination of these Terms.
